Store Policies
All sales are final.
Orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Sales & Discounts
- DIY Paint is excluded from all sales and discount codes. This is a requirement set by the manufacturer.
- Sales are while supplies last. No rainchecks will be given.
- Only one discount or promotion may be applied per item.
- Shipping times may be extended during high-demand sale periods. Please refer to Sale Shipping Information under Shipping Guidelines.
- All new releases are excluded from all discounts for 30 days after release.
Winter Shipping Notice
Shipping may take longer during the winter season due to increased demand and weather conditions. Please allow additional time for both processing and delivery.
Freezing Temperatures Disclaimer
If you live in an area with below-freezing temperatures, please track your package closely and bring it indoors promptly upon delivery.
We are not responsible for, and will not replace, paint or liquid items damaged due to freezing temperatures.
Shipping Guidelines
- Orders typically ship within 10 business days.
- Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. Tracking updates are not always immediate.
- If your package has not moved for 7 days (from last tracking update, not ship date), please contact us at info@jamirayvintage.com.

New releases and sale orders may take longer to ship due to demand.
- Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska & Hawaii if costs exceed the amount paid. Customers will be contacted before shipping.
Furniture Shipping
- Prices include shipping to all U.S. states except New York, Hawaii, and Alaska.
- Additional surcharges will be invoiced separately for those states.
- Furniture shipping may take up to 4 months depending on demand and carrier timelines.
- No refunds will be given due to furniture shipping delays.
- Delays may occur due to weather or transportation issues beyond our control.
Sale Shipping Information
Orders placed during sales may exceed the standard 10 business day processing time.
Please refer to sale details or contact us for specific timelines.
International & Canada Shipping
- Our website does not automatically calculate all international shipping rates.
- Please email info@jamirayvintage.com with your order and full address for a shipping quote.
- International delivery may take 4–5 weeks, plus possible customs delays.
- Customers are responsible for all import fees, taxes, and duties.
Important:
- DIY Paint products cannot be shipped to Canada. Orders containing these items will be canceled and must be reordered without them.
- Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. Separate shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
Damages & Missing Packages
- Missing packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (based on tracking).
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Photos of the damage must be provided
- Original packaging and product must be retained
If reported within 24 hours and properly documented:
- We will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund
If not:
- The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier to be reimbursed by the carrier

Local Pick-Up
- Local pick-up orders may still take up to 10 business days to be ready.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
- Orders not picked up within 6 months (with no contact) will be returned to inventory.
- After that time, customers may receive store credit or replacement product only, no refunds will be issued.
Order Issues & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is reason to believe it is associated with fraud or suspicious activity.
