***If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

PLEASE NOTEALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double check that you have everything in your cart.  Warranties are not expressed or implied. 

***FREE SHIPPING*** Free shipping is for the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is ONLY for orders over $10 that are IOD, Milk Paint,  JRV Stencils, Brushes (excluding DIY Paint Brand), JRV Wood, JRV Paper. Under $11 is $5.95 shipping. Home decor is free shipping over $200, anything under will be charged shipping. Questions regarding shipping can be sent to info@jamirayvintage.com.

***SHIPPING GUIDELINES***
Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. New releases and sale items may take longer to ship due to demand. Handmade items may take up to three weeks. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and weather that are out of our control. Please feel free to email us anytime for a shipping update, we always do our best to fill orders as soon as possible. Email customercare@jamirayvintage.com. FURNITURE SHIPPING: Prices INCLUDE shipping to any state except New York, Hawaii and Alaska. If you order from those states you will be invoices separately the surcharge associated with your state and it will be in the hundreds of dollars. Depending on what we are charged. Shipping may take up to 4 months at times due to demand and the furniture shipper's time frame. SALE SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you placed an order during a sale, shipping times may exceed 10 business days. Check any images or sale information to find out what shipping times are for that particular sale, or email info@jamirayvintage.com. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping can take up to 4 to 5 weeks with a possible customs delays. Any import fees, taxes, duties are not charged by us and will have to be paid for by the customer. CANADADIY Products cannot be shipped to Canada. We are so sorry, but if your order includes any DIY Products, it will be cancelled and you will have to reorder without DIY Products in the order. We have to follow this rule from DIY Paint.

***DAMAGES***
Most of our products clean easily and will just require water and soap to clean off the items it leaked on. Damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos and name or order number to  Email photos and description to customercare@jamirayvintage.com

***LOCAL PICK UPS***

Your order may still take up to 10 business days to be ready. You will receive an email when the order is available for pick up. Unclaimed local pick up orders will be returned to inventory after 6 months of no pick up and no contact. After that you may either get the same product or store credit, no refund will be given for unclaimed pick ups. Contact info@jamirayvintage.com with any questions.

***IN STORE***
If a product is not currently in stock we cannot discount other items in replace of it. If the item can be ordered an online order can be placed and we will email when it is ready to be picked up or shipping can be paid for based on the same shipping as our website
