There’s nothing better than taking outdated or plain home decor and giving it a completely new look! These cottage-inspired makeovers came together using some of our favorite DIY supplies: Iron Orchid Designs, DIY Paint, JRV Stencils, and JRV Rice Papers. 🌸
We added vintage florals, hydrangeas, butterflies, raised mould details, pretty stenciling, and layers of paint and distressing to turn simple frames, boxes, candlesticks, birdhouses, kitchen pieces, and thrifted decor into one-of-a-kind treasures.
I love that you don’t have to buy expensive new decor to get a beautiful, collected cottage look. Start with something thrifted, add paint, an IOD transfer or mould, a JRV stencil or a little rice paper—and completely make it your own! ❤️
