Range Hood DIY

The range hood in our farmhouse kitchen has come together and is a beautiful focal point. We wanted something we made because we could put our spin on it and because finding something unique would cost lots of money. We used the Farmhouse 1917 Corbels that Zeb made. You can watch the videos below to create your own range hood and see the products we used.   Range Hood Part 1: https://youtu.be/Kzkj_L947MIRange Hood Part 2: https://youtu.be/Vc66mrg-FhA Products used to get this look: Farmhouse 1917 Corbels: https://jamirayvintagehome.com/produc... How To Make Open Kitchen Shelving With Chippy Painted Corbels Farmhouse Kitchen

Don’t mind me..... I’m just over here styling and restyling these shelves. I have a feeling they will have many looks over the years. You can display your knick knacks or dishes, or a little of both! We made ours using a corbel that we sell at JamiRayVintageHome.com, and it's simply named...

100 Year Old Farmhouse Demo Episode 2 | Kitchen Demo

This is what 100 years of kitchen looks like. So many designs, paint jobs and wallpaper. We still need to peel back the floor and open up the wall to the left to expand in to what used to be the bathroom. But I am already dreaming of open shelving, cement counters, custom white cabinets and a giant natural wood island. We already have our appliances so I am itching to get it pulled together. Zeb says that demo has been exactly what he expected. But for me I can say that it’s way harder than I thought. And my sledge hammer skills aren’t as good as I though they would be. We are really loving uncovering the bones of...

Kitchen Renovation | YouTube Videos

Recently we have been redoing our kitchen. It is a big process, so I have lots of videos that show how we did the whole thing. First, we started out at Lowe's picking out some items. Watch that video here. We then showed how to clean and remove the cabinets. We put numbers on the cabinet doors and made a map that showed where each cabinet door went when we were all done. To clean the cabinets we used TSP and scrubbed the cabinets in our bathtub. Make sure to wear gloves when using TSP as it is damaging to skin. It is great at getting the grease and everything out of the cabinets. We then the final step to...
